01. Can I change the billing information that I gave previously?
Yes, to change your billing information, please log in to your iBovi account. Select Account from the top of the My Account page and then click on the My Profile option. Here you will find a Billing Information section where you can click on Update and enter your new billing details and billing address. You can click on save and then you are good to go!
02. I need to secure additional devices. Can I add more devices to my services?
Any number of devices can be added to the services as our services are provided per device/per month. However, please be informed that as you increase the number of devices, your charges will increase per device leading to an overall increase in your monthly charges.
03. Can I get help in deciding which service is best suited for me?
If you are facing some confusion in picking your service, our experts are here to help. 04. Can I change my service subscription?
Changed your mind? Whether you want to change your service or add/remove additional services/devices to your subscription, don’t worry! You can simply contact us and we’ve got you! Please contact us at sales@ibovi.com and our team will get back to you at the earliest.
05. Do I have to have an account with iBovi?
Well, to make a purchase of any service you will require an account with iBovi. If you are a registered user you can simply log in to your account. If you are a new user, you can create an account using your Email, Google Account, or Mobile Number.
06. How does the auto-renewal feature work?
Our auto-renewal feature ensures that your purchased service automatically renews so you maintain uninterrupted service. You will not have to manually renew your services every month as they will be auto-renewed. You can easily manage your auto-renewal settings by logging into your iBovi account. At the top of your My Account page, you can select Account and then click Auto-Renewal Settings.
07. What are your support details?

08. Can I cancel my subscription if I don’t need it anymore?
Yes, you can cancel your services if you don’t wish to continue with them anymore. After purchasing our plan if you cancel within 30 days of your free trial, you will not be billed for your services from the next month. Please contact us at sales@ibovi.com for assistance with your cancellation or if you have any questions.
09. Will I get a refund if I cancel my services after I have been billed?
If you cancel your services within 7 days of being billed, you can get a full refund which will be credited to your account within 7 business days. Please contact us at sales@ibovi.com for assistance with your cancellation/refund or if you have any questions.
10. What is the next step, after I have made a purchase?
Once you've made the purchase, our experts will call you right away and will guide you step by step in implementing the purchased service and its use cases for your devices.
